The Child Center II

I had to put my 16 month old somewhere while waitlisted at another facility. It was a decent place, convenient location. It was a rough start for my daughter as she was just thrown into a place, but she adapted well and learned the routines. They seemed very organized and structured. All care takers were clean and coordinated. The facility is spacious. but probably not as nurturing environment you would hope. There was not a lot of resources for kids to learn. It was a good short-term solution until something better came.

I have to disagree this child care has to be the worse daycare I have seen in my life .... First off I only see the director once a year and if they think I owe money . Carol Seals is the rude stand the most unprofessional person I ever met . I don't see how this daycare is still open . She constantly calling my cell phone saying i owe money ..... Which is an erra on there part I keep copies of all my payment and she insist that I owe . This business is rat infected ..... I saw rat droppings in my child cubby and sheets ..... When i brought this matter to management attention the matter was brushed under the rug ... That raised a concern for my child's safety and the other children as well . Then I have to constantly deal with assistant Director Ms.Jacoquline Oliver who really needs lessons on customer service skills ..... As of this month I will be pulling my child out of this center and I will be contacting the better business burea ! parents if your looking for a high quality child care do not this of this place !!!!!!!! Please trust me !!!!!

The C.H.I.L.D. Center has been a 'God send'. They are available very early in the morning and open late into the evening. I am not just talking about 6pm late, but they stay open as late as 11pm at night. It is metro accessible and they even take and pick my child up from school. The prices are reasonable and they participate in the DHS voucher program. They also have an excellent curriculum to make sure your child is ready for school.
