I called last minute to get a stretch limo for my fiancé and I last Saturday. Al was able to add a driver and accommodate us for an awesome 80’s prom we were invited to. He arrived on time, was responsive throughout the evening and picked us up at a different location all for a very fair price. He also took pics of us in front of the limo! Great guy, great service. I highly recommend Al and his company. Thanks for taking us in style!

Very professional, courteous and prompt. Vehicle was very well kept. Explained exactly where at the airport they would collect us on our return. Our return was delayed 4 hours in Greece, and upon arrival, they kept in touch with us that they were there. Hannah our driver was awesome. We notified of our delay in Greece, unaware of the time difference and Al immediately replied reassuring our timely pickup. Wished we had known of them in previous years. Definitely a choice moving forward. Good to fine reliable service.!

Our family has used Al's taxi and limo multiple times. From just a morning pickup/drop off to the airport, to full day trips into NYC. I called Al to have hisome company transport my family to and from Penn Station in Newark. Al himself drove us both ways and I was extremely pleased with how professional and friendly he was. He even brought us water and snacks for the return ride home. I will definitely be calling them again and highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you again Al.

Came across Al’s Taxi on the web after unsuccessfully trying to secure an Uber or Lyft last-minute on a weekday morning. Not only did Al make me feel less panicky right away, Hanna arrived at my home a half-hour later even with the last-minute call. I recently used this phenomenal livery service to drive me and my family to Newark Airport at 3:30am. First, there was no extra charge for early pick-up. Secondly, I requested 2 booster seats for my children for which there was no additional cost. Honestly, the deal breaker for me was that I spoke to Al personally. He has an amazing personality. In a time where quality customer service can be rare, this was not the case. Al was extremely personable, accommodating and professional. Unfortunately, we had missed our connecting flight on our return home. Thankfully, we were lucky to fly on another flight that arrived 2 hours later than our original ETA. During a stressful time, Al was responsive, empathetic and diligent on ensuring our delayed pick up at the airport. When he greeted us at the curb, he was pleasant and professional (especially since it was in the height of rush hour). It was a LOVELY surprise. He also provided me and my family cold beverages and snacks for our ride home. Again, at no additional cost. Although, I live out of state, this will not be the last time I call for Al's Taxi & Limousine Service. Truly exceptional!!

Al's limousine service was excellent. Al drove my family and I to Laguardia and picked us up at Philadelphia Airport. Al was prompt and his vehicle was clean. Al's driving skills are unmatched.

We hired Al's service to take us to a concert in the city. They showed up on time and worked professionally. Our driver Hanna was very pleasant and we felt comfortable during our trip.

We’ve used Al's Taxi & Limousine service several times over the last few years to get to and from NYC airports. I have requested the service on many occasions at the last minute due to changes in my busy schedule. Al is extremely reliable and is always ready to accommodate your schedule. Al is also very prompt and runs his business in an extremely professional way. All you need is to call or text Al requesting a ride, and you will get an answer from him spontaneously. Al is an experienced driver, who will get you where you want to be on time and without being stressed. When Al picks us up from NYC airport(s), we receive a text from Al’s service once the flight lands confirming that either him or one of his drivers are waiting for us. Al service wait for us patiently until we get out, and in many cases international customs take hours to finish.
Cars are always clean and you will get charged using the standard rate.
Al’s Taxi is a great service that I definitely recommend to you.
