jessica informed me that because the part was not covered under my consumers plan they would charge me $298.77 for the part...incidentally the part which is Maytag/whirlpool W10330039 is $179. online and I picked it up for $241.53 through a service center without a contractors discount. Just a huge scam which Consumers Energy allows....Don't do business with either...they rip off women.
