We only hire the best technicians, to ensure that you will receive top quality care for your vehicles, as well as the best possible customer service. Heating, cooling, engines, transmissions, computer diagnostics, brakes and front end work, as well as steering and suspension are just some of the most common issues that are seen in our shop. There is nothing under the hood that we cannot handle!Our ServicesDon Coffeys Garage specializes in Foreign and Domestic automotive repair, and is a full-service auto repair facility. We do everything with the exception of body work. If you are in need of body service, we will be happy to refer the work to other local business who we have had good experience working with, and who we know will be honest and fairly priced, to ensure that our customers receive the best quality care for their vehicles.Don Coffeys Garage is conveniently located on the corner of Hatchery Rd. and Frembes Rd. Our business hours are 8 a.m. 6 p.m., Monday - Friday. We offer drop-off options on our off hours, as well as a special discount with Enterprise Rent-A-Car for times when our customers cannot be without their vehicles. We also offer services to take customers home when the vehicle is dropped off, and we will come and pick you up when your car is finished! We strive to make the inconvenience of needing auto repair as convenient as possible!

I moved to the Waterford area in early 2009 and Russ has been the mechanic for my vehicle the entire time. In fact, I used him the year before moving, when I was just visiting the area. A friend recommended him after hearing good reports, though they had never been there.
He just completed some much needed work on my car today. He got it back to me a day before it was expected and at a time when they were extra busy. The cost was actually a little lower than expected.
Repairs are often at unexpected times, but he has always been able to fit me in. He stays within his estimate, the work done is right, and I trust his judgement. I have to go to a place where I can trust that my car will be taken care of properly and if I did not trust Don Coffey's Garage, I would not have gone there for the past six years.
I have had many types of repair or service done, from as simple as a battery replacement, to brakes & to a starter and flywheel. On one visit, I met another long-time customer whose vehicle had many more miles than mine (mine now has almost 165,00) and he shared how Russ has kept his vehicle going for a very long time, past when most would have let it go.
they have done all kinds of work on 5 different cars that i have owned and i have never had any problems with the cars after they were fixed.
