He was here on time and replaced only the lock part that needed replacing rather than try to sell me a whole new door knob set. I would definitely recommend this service.
We called at 9 AM on a Monday and Chris gave us a 1 PM appointment, we needed four locks changed out. He was on time, gave a fair estimate and finished in 45 mins. He was very informative on our security system, and really did a great job with the locks. Fast, friendly and great customer service. What more can you ask for? Thanks Chris, highly recommended!
