While going through the inspection, Donn would explain what he was doing and why, offering to answer any questions I might have. Had our house inspected and he did a great job, as confirmed by the 4 subsequent specialty inspectors that we scheduled to follow up. We ended up buying the house, but with eyes wide open to the issues that we are going to face while owning it. Donn kept me up to speed with his findings as he went because I kept pestering him, but he didn't seem to mind. We were a little scatterbrained ourselves, so we appreciated his flexibility. Electronic payment is also nice for budgeting purposes (since you are never so poor as when you buy a house).

We heard of anderson hone inspection through a co-worker and we decided to use them as well. We were first time buyers and didn’t know much of anything when it came to what to look for when buying a house. Donn taught us so much from in the few hours he was there. What to look for the next time we buy a house and samll things that should be done to the current house if we were to buy it. Like setting the sump pump at a different height or the best way to tighten down a toilet. He answered all of our questions and was extremely thorough with everything. He made us first time buyers feel goid about the purchase. Im very glad we used them. And our lender was very impressed by the report and all the information that was given to us at the beginning of the inspection.

Donn actually beat us to the site and was already set up when we got there. His report was both exhaustive and informative - there were no questions whatsoever!

The home inspection took about 3 hours. The first hour consisted as an educational question and answer period, followed by the inspection. I felt very comfortable with our Inspector Mike, who by the way is a Milwaukee firefighter, with his experience and knowledge as an inspector.

We have hired Donn several times when purchasing properties. He is thorough and honest. We will definitely use his services again!

Starting from the beginning when I called to book my inspection the girl answering the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable. Donn was amazing he spent three hours on my inspection and picked out every small detail that was wrong with my house down to the batteries in the smoke detector.
