Rite Aid

Was at the drive thru to drop off a refill. Planned on dropping and picking up later As I had many things to do. I was asked if I wanted to wait as I was told it would only take a minute. 18 minutes later I left very frustrated. I finished my errand and returned. I was greeted by the same lady. I asked her what happened and explained that was a very long minute and at no point did you come back to the window. Her response was "you should have hit the call button, I have a lot of things to do and other people need to look at the prescription" I thought it was rude to never come back and then defend what she did as if she was the customer. I will never go back as there and will now go to cvs for these needs.
