        Overall

        We seek out Chinese buffets often, because we like the usually wide selection of entrees available at most.



        THIS one is OUTSTANDING, offering Sushi as well as a Mongolian Buffet along with the typical assortment of entrees.



        The entree assortment is the best I've seen anywhere, and the food is perfectly cooked, and always fresh and hot.



        If this system had SIX starts, I'd have given them a "6."



        The ONLY reason I leave disappointed is that there's so much great stuff to choose from, there are always a few items I wish I'd have "had room for," but that's why there is "Next Time."



        We go back frequently for that very good reason.
