We will say it again to anyone that wants to hire this guy,do not do so unless you want to feel totally ripped off thousands of dollars. Our kitchen install was so poorly managed,installed and executed,we are shocked that he has not tried to make it right. What we thought was a genuine human that wanted our business for future referrals,we have come to realize is fraud. We have called,texted and emailed to let Travis make this right,and no answer. He has not come to even take a look at the project since the tilers were here. We paid several hundred dollars for a plumbing "insurance",and we still have problems with both garbage disposal and dishwasher. Every day,the grout holes look worse on our backsplash, and every single tile has been installed incorrectl.,Not one is centered under or above the other,the was subway tile should be.
