        Love this Panera. The service is great and the food very fresh. The staff goes above and beyond to be helpful

        Okay love Panera but not the one in webster! A place is only run as good as their management. The manager Karen was yelling at the people who looked busy and stressed to my remake sandwich while others around him were not. When I told her what was wrong with my food she clearly ignored me I not sure if it's because I small and talk in a low voice but my food was still incorrect. The place was dirty too, dishes everywhere. Not going back!

        The staff is so friendly! The manager I encountered there, however, was not. She yelled at the workers in a very unprofessional way.
