Crystal Bay

In my old apartment complex (The Falls at Clear Lake), a guy got stabbed on the other side of my wall. The apartment was infested with roaches, people yelled at night outside my window, and police helicopters would circle the complex at times, looking for criminals. And yet, Crystal Bay is even worse then that. At Crystal Bay, I had heroine junkies as next door neighbors. I had roaches before my husband and I even moved our things into the place. I complained frequently, and yet they did nothing. The insulation was so bad that in the summer, the apartment wouldn't cool below 85 degrees, even with the AC on full blast. They frequently mowed in the bright hours of the morning. Two guys tried to hurt me in the parking lot. The fitness room does not have air conditioning. They ripped down my Halloween decorations that I spent two hours on. When I spoke to them about it, the manager was so mean to me that she made me cry. And I'm not one to cry easily. When we moved out, they charged us with bogus charges, on which they did not have substantial proof. They charged us for carpet damage, and yet it was simply a spot that needed to be vacuumed. I had no problem paying for the cleaning fees, but they charged us for things that we're not even damaged. The woman was very rude, and continuously insulted my husband, which I feel is very unprofessional. Crystal Bay apartments have made me feel unwelcome and miserable. The apartments are disgusting, and our unit had extensive damage that was there when we moved in. I know the guy that lived there before us, and he confirmed that he paid for those damages, and yet they were never fixed. I would not live here again if it was the last standing apartment complex on earth. Please do not live here, you will regret it.
