Larry is great! If you are tired of automated appointments that take weeks, saying that the technician will be there in a 4 hour window and are looking for a real repairman, he is it.
He shows up when he says, understands a sense of urgency and is what we have lost in this country due to automation and technology.
My fridge went out this past week. I called some local places to get nasty replies about how busy they were and acted like they were going to do me a favor by looking at it in a few days if I was lucky. I tried GE and they were two weeks out, even with me being on an emergency "no cool' list.
I called Larry and he said he'd be there the next day. Even called that morning to see if he could come earlier, which was great because I needed to get into work. We were initially unable to diagnose the problem, so he didn't charge me a dime. I did some additional research and thought I nailed it down, so I called him the next day to see if by chance he happened to have a part that I could just plug in on my own. He did, unlike the 8 other places that I called that were more than rude and had a markup of about $60. He actually sold it to me for less than I'd pay online and wait 3 days for. I picked it up at his home and whala! I have a working frige again.
Thank You Larry for saving me a ton of money that I don't have right now and being a true and honest person! You are what we have lost in this country! God Bless You and Your Family.
