        Rave Yoga & Fitness offers group fitness, yoga, workshops, events, yoga teacher training as well as yoga and fitness products. All of our instructors are hand selected and nationally certified! We aren't your typical yoga studio; come check us out! Everyone's doing traditional types of yoga; which is great, it's where it all began, but we're ready to mix it up a bit with a whole new style. Now don't get me wrong, it's not like we're turning yoga on it's head (however, we do love headstands :-P) but we're doing it to a new beat, a new rhythm, a new... well you'll just have to come and see. Of course we're going to offer the traditional classes, we love those and don't think that they should be forgotten because of all of the useful attributes and benefits to the body that it provides. We're just adding some flavor to it, kicking the music up a bit, changing the tempo here and there, and making it more "fun".

        it looks like I'm not the only one super excited for this studio to open next week. I've been taking Brandi's classes for over 2 years now and she's by far the best instructor that I've come across. I joined Life Time Fitness in West Bloomfield to do yoga at their beautiful facility but the classes were very underwhelming to say the least... I think the Center for Yoga relocated to inside of that building and it's not worth it at all... Rave is right down the street and I already know that it's going to be amazing!

        I've done yoga at a bunch of different studios in the area and the classes that I've done with the owner of this upcoming studio were AMAZING! I can't wait for this place to open up. It looks like it's going to open up next week so I went and bought the Groupon :-)

        Overall

        I have done hot yoga as well as Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Yin with the owner of this studio that's about to open up here pretty soon. I'm very excited for her because she is a truly passionate teacher that brings a lot of fun to her classes. I can't wait for her to open up this new studio so that she can have more "free reign" on her classes!
