        What are they thinking?

        By trying to micro-manage delivery territories, Pizza Hut has created a huge flop. Customrs don't want to call all over to a location pre-designated by ??? just to get delivery. The quicker route is to call PapaJohns. Pizza Hut needs to revamp this entire concept.
