Balance Hair Spa Studio

I always feel fantastic when leaving Balance Hair Salon - it's like an oasis in my busy day. The owners as well as staff are so friendly and warm. They truly want to give you the best experience you've had with your hair care. I've had my hair colored and cut multiple times by Thomas, the owner, as well as Megan, Wendy and also Keyana and have been very happy with the result... in fact, my color has been complimented multiple times by total strangers. The salon itself is a relaxing, upscale environment, beautifully decorated and to make your visit even more enjoyable, they even offer coffee or a glass of wine. I've also periodically used Georgia for skin care services and been pleased with her too. Best salon in the area by far - I recommend them to everyone I know!

One of the worst places in Exton. If you want to go light, they will make your hair dark. If you want an even haircut, it will be lopsided. My hair came out nothing like I told them. The manager wasn't very empathetic. I could tell he couldn't care less. I was looking for a salon to go to regularly, but they really lost a good customer. Please trust me, you don't want to go here. And don't be tempted by the nice location and the pretty building or decor. Its just looks, but no quality.

We moved to Exton, PA. from Chicago three years ago. Finding a top quality salon in this area has been hard for me and my husband. Most of the places we have gone to have people with bad attitudes doing average work for too much money.

We recently found this salon and spa in the Eagleview Town Center. Balance is a small boutique style salon that offers great quality services without all the attitude. We found some great specials on their website and we treat ourselves to a Spa Date for Two every four weeks. Thomas has done my color twice now and it looks the best it ever has. My husband now goes to Steven to have his hair cut and is also very impressed with the quality of work this staff does.
