My commercial property in West Chester has always had problems with water drainage. The owner (Steve) installed a new catch basin, milled the parking lot, and installed a new asphalt surface. The property now looks wonderful. His crews were all courteous to my tenants during the construction phases which lasted about 3 weeks because of the weather. Pricing was in line with other contractors in the area. A job well done.
