        Today we had a different driver than our normal route driver come to deliver our LTL shipment. This driver was Neil and he came in and we told him we would have to have customers move their cars so he could back up to the dock. He left the building and came back in a couple minutes later and stated we were wasting his time and he would have to leave and come back at a later time. We said "No they are leaving now" as the customer was walking out the door. He was on the phone with his boss who told him to leave and Neil then proceeds to laugh as he tells his boss "they are mad we are leaving". Neil then walks pass the crippled customer that was slowly walking to their car and gets in the truck and drives away. Apparently it is against your policy to wait for disabled people since they move slower. It is now an hour after he left and he is still not back. I would hope he does come back soon since we have thousands of dollars worth of inventory on his truck. This is Pro # 0012025608.
