        The manager (and all of his employees) are VERY helpful and nice, and know where everything in that store is located by the aisle number and location in the aisle. I’m always impressed!

        I went in 2 days in a row and received absolutely EXCEPTIONAL customer service. The frrst day I came to get 2 odd ball keys cut. I had gone to Walmart previously and was told "good luck" getting that key cut. That gentleman who helped me was patient and persistent and was able to get me 2 copies of the unusual key made. Meanwhile, all of the other staff were friendly and helpful, as they were all hustling to stock their depts from the earlier deliver that day. I. Was greeted at the front door by a gentleman who sent me straight to the right dept, so I wasnt floundering for help.
        The following day, I needed an output hose for a shop vac. I stopped by Lowes and they did not have the hose and were not interested in taking the time to help solve my problem. I had a hose that did not fit properly to the Shop Vac. The clerk at Lowes told me to call a vacuum specialty shop for the special hose. I called a vacuum shop who told me that was a specialty item & would have to be ordered...therefore, expensive.
        I called Ace once again after leaving Lowes, and a gentleman named Cory tried to to help me on the phone. I told him I would be there shortly. He met me as I walked in and was eager to help. Ace did not have the specific hose I needed, but he helped to find a plumbing connection that would adapt the hose to fit the vacuum. Cory went way above and beyond his duties to find a connection that would fix my problem. He repeatedly took parts to my car to try on the shop vac until he found the right solution. Even after I purchased the connection, he went back to the car and installed the part so I would not have an issues with installing it. He is a great asset for Ace. I will not bother checking with Lowes any longer. The staff at Ace is friendly, efficient and eager to help. GREAT customer service!
