What is worse than a broken computer? A $240 site visit repair fee! That's what one of my West Hollywood computer repair competitors charges. And don't look for a price list on THEIR site. There is none. I charge only $75/hour for visits. Period. You can also drop off machines at my place and get them repaired for a flat $100 rate (see below) often within 24 hours. Saves money! I work from home, even on weekends, because my competitors have brick and mortar shops. These can go out of business from high overhead. All I need is a screwdriver to fix your PC, not a standard office. I don't "get" cars I just want 'em to work. Lots of people feel the same about computers. I'm here to "just make it work". I don't just fix things I sell peace of mind and have twenty years of experience doing it right here in L.A. I concentrate my services in Beverly Hills, Century City, Hollywood and West Hollywood. My focus is Customer Service. From being available at convenient hours to free phone consults. That mean's taking my customer's point of view, not the Cable Company's, not Microsoft's, not Apple's. These organization's marketing departments have long since run amuck on their own customers. I don't.
