I have been to this location many times and was always happy with the services. I am actually going to return here for an appointment although I moved 3 hours away. The trip is worth it.

i have beem to the west islip location many time for tha treament of something on my hands. each time they wuld have an nurse walk me into the room. the nurse would just stare at my condition amd always made me feel uncomfortable. i have wanted to talk about the laser options also and was also put off by the staff membors. HORRIABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! i willl never go there again i am switching to the other loctations. the place also is horriable at following up on insurence coverage. it must be becuase they do not care. this is the most uncaring place i have ever went to and will never go again thank yu and plz do not waste yur time or money going here (: thanks for listening <3

really bad attention! ! I will never go back to this place ever in my life!! I'm still waiting for them to call my pharmacy so I can get the medications ..... bad customer service and bad male doctor attention he took for ever to get in the room but to leave he got disappear in less then 5 min the female is better my mom went to her months ago....
