        I'm at this location at least twice a month. The staff is very friendly. They do call reminders to let me and my staff know of upcoming sales and classes.

        If I need something, I just call and the order is taken care of quickly. Staff members have even come to my salon to drop off items!

        Stephanie once drove to my salon to exchange a product because she was in the area- that is insanely nice!

        If the other review is talking about the same Stephanie, I can assure you she is very professional and is extremely caring, compassionate, and helpful to every person I've seen walk into the store. Orlando is awesome, too!
