Top notch customer service and reliable transport. I've been using them for 10+ years now and they are my go to when I need something taken care of the right away the first time. Can't recommend them enough.

I agree with Tom, they deserve 0 stars. I tried to pick it up when the best they could give me was an 8 hour window. Then they wanted to charge me a fee to pull it off the truck. Decided to wait for the delivery day with a window from 8AM-5PM. Take a day off work, 12:15PM get a call saying delivery will have to be rescheduled........... How this company stays in business I have no idea.........

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They are completely incompetent and lie to your face. I've been trying to get a delivery from their terminal for days now. I am only 3 miles away, but they can't seem to ever get the delivery to my door.



First it was put on the wrong truck. I had to call them to find out what was going on and was promised it would be scheduled for the first delivery after the weekend. Monday comes and again, no delivery. I call and was told "the driver had to return to the terminal because he ran out of time". I was then guaranteed it would be delivered the next day.



The next day comes and I get a call asking when I would like to schedule delivery. After saying it should be delivered that day, I was told that there was never a scheduled delivery and they won't be able to get it out to me. I'm STILL waiting for the delivery. Every person I talk to on the phone outright lies to me. Stay far away!
