Advanced Muffler & Brake

These guys are awesome. Did a fantastic job on my exhaust installation and explained the work they did for me. I recommend 100%!

Very simple very honest without trying to sell you unnecessary services, they diagnosed the problem on my car correctly and fixed it.

Waste of my time. I Called them on a Thursday to ask if they did custom exhaust work, they said yes. I told them I wanted to come in on Saturday and asked their hours. They asked what I wanted done and I explained it to them. They said "Sure, no problem, we can get whatever parts you need from our supplier right down the street, come on in."



2 Days later, it's Saturday. They open at 8am and I pull in at 7:55. I tell the guy behind the counter what I am there for and he basically told me "We can't do that today because we don't have the part, you will have to come back during the week" I explained that I was told on the phone that we could get the needed parts from the supplier down the street, and that this is the only day that I am able to do it. So then I asked him what If I found the part and came back with it. He tells me "well I can have guys working on your car because we will lose money on that job......WHAT!? At this point I feel like I'm in an episode of the Twilight zone. I wasn't looking for free work, so why would he lose money to do to my car what they told me on the phone was not a problem?!?



I asked why was told that it would be no issue on the phone and he really didn't have an answer, he just said he was sorry.



It was a bizarre experience and I still don't really know what is going on with this place. If they had just told me the real deal on the phone, I would have tried to schedule somewhere else to do the work. But I got up early, drove all the way down there just to be dismissed as if they didn't want my business. I am in sales for a living and relate to basically all types of personalities, but this guy still has me scratching my head over what transpired. I don't get it.....



Apparently despite saying it saying it on their sign and being told verbally on the phone that the are a custom exhaust shop, they don't really want to do that type of work?

I used this business today based on reviews written by other customers and was very satisfied! The staff was very friendly, they did a quality repair and at a very reasonable price. They have a returning customer! Thank you.

I HAVE BEEN GOING HERE FOR 5 YEARS AND I WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! THEY ARE VERY NICE, GIVE VERY FAIR PRICES, DO GREAT WORK, AND PROVIDE GREAT BUSINESS! THEY ARE VERY HONEST AND WILL NEVER RIP YOU OFF LIKE ALOT OF OTHER PLACES IN THE PAST I'VE BEEN TO. I TRUELY RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE AND SENT ALOT OF FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO THEIR SHOP. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS!!!
