After approximately 4 years, Mr. Mumford received the distinguished honor of being appointed as The Chief Public Defender in his home county. While there, Mr. Mumford supervised the entire staff and office, including all Assistant Public Defenders in the county. While working as Chief PD, Mr. Mumford worked on many types of criminal cases ranging from DUI to Murder. After accomplishing his intended goals there, Mr. Mumford returned to The Ticket Clinic, to become lead trial counsel in our West Palm Beach office.

Drew Fritsch, Esq. graduated from the University ofÂ Â Dayton School ofÂ Â Law in 1997. Since then he has worked as an Assistant State Attorney, Assistant Statewide Prosecutor and had his own criminal defense firm for several years in Southwest Florida. During his career as a prosecutor and criminal defense attorney he has handled cases ranging from traffic tickets to homicide cases. He has a great deal of jury trial experience and serves criminal defense clients in Lee, Collier and Charlotte Counties.

Benjamin J Baxter, Esq. earned his law degree from Michigan State University. After graduating, he began his career as an Assistant State Attorney in Brevard County and Palm Beach County. As an Assistant State Attorney, he supervised and trained county court attorneys, made filing decisions on DUI cases, wrote appellate briefs on behalf of the State Attorneyâ€™s office, and handled DUI, Misdemeanor, and Felony cases. Richard A. Alexander, Esq. graduated from The University of South Florida in 1993, where he majored in History. In 1996, he became a graduate of the Mercer School of Law, in Macon, Georgia. Upon graduation, he became an Assistant State Attorney in and for the 6th Judicial Circuit, encompassing Pinellas and Pasco Counties, where he prosecuted cases ranging from criminal traffic, domestic violence, juvenile and felonies.
