Granger Medical Clinic

I HAD been going to Granger Medical Clinic since I was a child. I WAS one of Dr. Sheridans first patients. He is an amazing doctor! Sadly, GMC only cares about money, money, money. Their staff is very unprofessional, the billing department is HORRIBLE! The entire staff at GMC does not care about what made GMC successful - their patients. GMC does not care about anything but money. Sadly, I lost a doctor that I had for over 20 years because the staff is horrible. I hated to leave my long time doctor but could not deal with the rude, unprofessional people who work there.

I recently took my daughter in for her one year wellness check up. When I went to go check in with the receptionist, I explained that my husband and I have changed insurances, but have not received our cards yet. The receptionist looked confused and had to go ask if she should call the insurance company. Which she "did", according to her they didn't answer. And explained there office was not open at 10 am. At that point the receptionist told me I'd have to reschedule when I get my insurance cards. After I walked out I found the number for our insurance company, on there website. I called them myself which they were opened. I personally think the receptionist was to lazy to even work with me. With this experience I will never ever go back to Granger medical. It's not the first time I've had problems with them.

The most unprofessional dr. And dr office I have ever been too.
