        VCA Westboro didn’t have the meds they prescribed in stock so I ordered it online. VCA refused to approve the prescription unless I would order in their overpriced own online store. Their shipping takes forever and my cat would have run out of his meds if I would have waited. I begged them to please either pick up the phone and call in the prescription or fax it in, they refused. I only received a paper prescription that I had to pay a fortune to mail to my online pharmacy which in return was super nice and agreed to overnight the meds. VCA was willing to let my cat suffer in pain in order to make their sale. I will obviously never set foot in this uncaring facility, but wanted to make people aware that they cared more about selling through their overpriced online pharmacy than giving my pet the care he needed.
