Tile Source Kitchen & Bath

Compared to other tile stores my wife and I visited, this place was a refreshing and welcomed change. Usually the other shops were undermanned, so there was often a long wait for some helpand once we got assistance, the employees seemed to have only a surface understanding of what little stock they do sell. However, at the Tile Source, employees are available, patient, and have an elaborate knowledge of their product. Frank and his team were also surprisingly savvy about what stone/tile would work or look best in each of the rooms we want to redecorate. From the impressive selection this place has to offer, we chose the stone and tile we liked best. We paid the (incredibly) reasonable bill, and in no time at all, our Expedition was loaded, and we were on our way home, completely satisfied. An awesome shopping experienceI recommend this place whole-heartedly. If only all businesses were run this smoothly.

Rude customer service and unorganized management. I ordered tiles and grout and paid in full. When i went to install everything I got 1/2way through the project before I realized they didn't give me 1/2 of the grout I paid for. I had to stop in the middle of the project and drive back to the store to get what they forgot to give me.

Good Costumer Service & Great Service Providers For Your $. Lots of deals & large selection of tiles & services. When they remodel my kitchen, I was pleased with they work and I ask Frank & John to do our bathrooms. Excellent workmanship. I have recommended this outfit to everyone I know.
