Utopia Salon & Day Spa

I will never go back after purchasing a Groupon massage and facial. This trip was the opposite of relaxing in any way. I was taken 30 minutes after my apt time for the massage. In the room the door rattled each time someone walked by and it wasn't a great service, and then I was brought to the waiting room, where I waited another 45 minutes past my apt time for the facial. They were closing in 15 minutes and I said if rather just come back since the service was supposed to be 30 minutes. The lady explained the person scheduling messed up and they offered me 50% off a pedicure after I explained I don't enjoy pedicures be ause if the horrible experience. The services were low quality and the environment is hectic and not somewhere I would go for a day to relax. NEVER AGAIN!

Dry or straight....this was the worst place I have ever been to. The hair dye is what did me in. Highlights that were left on WAY too long that burnt my hair so badly it broke off. I have no realy hair at the back of my head. Its taken over a year to grow back the minimum amount. I even mentioned to Nubia and Maria (who was the actual person who dyed my hair) that its SUPER sensitive....they ignored me for the chance to gossip and run around the salon. This place was a disaster! DISORGANIZED. Nubia has forgotten me waiting more than once. NEVER have I had such a bad experience.

I love it!!! everyone is very friendly and well educated in facials,massage,body,pedicures,hair, and nails. I highly recomnd for bridal parties. The prices are reasonable. The salon has a very cozy and warm atmosphere.
