Metro PCS-Diamond Communication

STAY AWAY!!3 weeks ago I purchased a Samsung SCH-r300 Metro PCS cell phone from here.They were very friendly and told me this was a GREAT phone and the latest model that Samsung made.They didn't even have the belt clip for it,they said they woudn't have it until March.I have had problems with the phones speaker cutting in and out since day 1.I can only hear part of what people are saying to me.Today I went in to get it repaired or replaced.They told me there was nothing wrong with the phone,that cell phones do that.They argued with me in front of other customers telling me this is normal.WHAT?I have had a cell phone for over 10 years and never had problems like that.Even the cheap $20 dollar phone sounded better than the $119.00 dollar phone I have now.She called her mother who was 10 feet away in the back room,and because it didn't do it to her right then they would not even LOOK at the phone.No repair,No replacement,nothing,just argument.I haven't even pulled the protective plastic off the screen yet.I only went here because a friend recommended them,saying they were very friendly and helpful.Well her phone works fine,but not mine.I mean come on,it is a brand new phone.How hard would it have been to replace it?But no,just argue with me and try to make me look like an idiot!I will never go back in there,nor will I ever recommend them to anyone!!!They might be friendly when they are trying to sell you a phone,but don't expect any customer service!They just took my money and then told me to take a hike!I guess I will go back to verizon!!!
