I was involved in an accident, and my insurance referred me to a few different shops. Auto Fix was one of the ones listed so I gave them a call. They weren't too busy to get my vehicle in that day. They called me with a quote and told me that they could get started that same day. So I went ahead with them. I am very pleased with the work they did, they were very professional and did a good job, my vehicle looks great. I would use them again

Going to Auto Fix was an excellent decision. It is my only auto body repair experience in the city of westminster- but, like many other reviews say- I found John to be honest and helpful. He is a really nice guy and I felt like he was definitely on my side.



He helped guide me through the repair and insurance claims process and did everything he could to save me money. The work was quality and I am very happy to recommend his shop to anyone.

Somebody backed into my car in a parking lot so I needed some work done. The guy who hit me wanted to pay 'out of pocket' (not with insurance) so his rates wouldn't go up. I took my car to Altmans's down the street first but their estimate was very high and they said it would take 4 to 5 days. It really wasn't much damage. Even though I wasn't the one paying for it, I took it to Auto Fix for another estimate and their's was lower. John seemed like a really nice, genuine guy who just wants to do a good job and not gouge anyone. The job was completed on schedule (3 business days) and they did a clay cleaning treatment on most of my car. John suggested I start waxing my car regularly to maintain its good appearance. The person who caused the damage was able to call in and do the payment over the phone. This is a good business and I highly recommend.

My son's car was backed into by the neighbor. They asked for three estimates. My first estimate was at Auto Fix because of a previous experience that was very positive.... When asked to do two more, we ended up back at Auto Fix. They were spot on the estimate and the work returned the car to primo form. The guys are great to work with too! John is a rock star! Thanks guys!

For many-many years I have been coming to John to fix my cars. Each time when I'm picking them up the craftsmanship is amazing. There are not that many professionals in this field at that level. This Body Shop can handle any kind of job big or small with amazing accuracy and attention to details.

I had gotten in a car accident with an old, but reliable car. My hood was dented and my headlight smashed. Instead of fixing it as it was before, I just wanted a fix so it was safe. The estimate was reasonable. When I came to pick up my car, John went over what was done, and I was happy with the results.



I never called this place. I just drove by one day and got an estimate. Based on a few reviews, you might not want to call, lol. John is really cool in person and this shop does great work!

I came to Auto Fix because I got rear-ended by someone with AAA insurance; however, despite the circumstances, I am glad I went. The overall experience was painless.



When I first dropped off my car, John walked me through everything that may have been damaged during the accident and then my car was repaired in a timely fashion..plus my car looks brand new!



Unfortunately, when I picked up my car I noticed that my tail light was out, upon mentioning this to John, he said I could just call and stop in and he'd take care of it. Not being very knowledge in the car area, I do have to rely on the kindness of strangers and I think this one is a good bet for honesty.

The roof drains in my Toyota MR2 convertible were clogged, causing water to pool-up inside the car behind the passenger seat.



John had me describe the problem over the phone before having me bring the car in, AND was willing to take a look and give me an estimate free of charge (very rare with body shops).



I brought the car in on a Saturday, he took care of the problem, diagnosing it and cleaning out the drains within the day. Throughout the process he was extremely pleasant and professional to work with.



The final cost matched the original estimate and was a lot lower than what other places would have charged.



I highly recommend his shop and would go back if I ever need more work done!!!

I recently had my truck vandalized and lost a bit of love for it when i saw it so torn apart. I took my vehicle to Auto Fix Collision Repair Center and was very satisfied with their results and they have Great customer service. Their work is excellent. I fell in love with my truck all over again, everything seems to be working better than before the incident, and they even waxed and polished my vehicle. I would definitely recommend this shop to my friends.

Auto Fix gave me a quote for the repairs needed to my car's bumpers - front and back. They took a look, gave me a very good quote and undertook the work. When I went to pick the car up the result was great, flawless and John said he was charging me less than the quote because the repair had not taken as long as expected. What great honesty and service - rarely found these days.
