Genova's To Go

I see their cars ride past my home, I order food online, they in turn call me and tell me they don't deliver to my house, makes no sense to me at all, they lost my business...Hello Pizza Hut💖

The food is great.....when they actually know or should I say care about what they cook! Not sure when it became the customers job to ask to have your food prepared the way it's supposed to and the way described in the menu. If I'm paying almost 10 dollars for fries (cheecho fries) I expect some cheecho fries not fries with mozzarella on them for almost 10 dollars! Me and my fiance use to order from them atleast 5 times a week because of our schedules but each and every time something is not right about the food! And if you call and ask them to make it the right way they give YOU and ATTITUDE and than hang up without saying goodbye or sorry for any incovenience or just anything!! Just so over this place thinking we will start making the 20 minute drive to the genovas in reisterstown/upperco area never had an issue with them!

Genovas has been around for a while, its not listed but there are other locations, there is one in hampstead that has sit down dinning, also just a carry out location like the one in westminster, it is located in Manchester on route 30
