If I could give 0 stars I would. My friends and I decided to have a pampering day yesterday. They rushed us through our mani/pedis bc they had a few walk in clients. My skin is painted and the nail polish globbed on. Today they are all smudged even though I waited 30+ min for them to dry. My friends mani/pedi done in 30 minutes! 30 minutes of hacking the lengths and shapes of her nails. Her cuticles were torn. Getting your nails done is a luxury and should be relaxing. This experience was horrendous. The staff were yelling across the room and rushing through service. I find it extremely rude to talk about your clients thinking they do not understand what you are saying (unfortunately I knew what you were saying). I have never not tipped and if I could take back my tip I would.

As far as quality, they always do a nice job with nails. Personalities they did poorly. I treated my daughter and myself to a French mani & regular pedi before going on vacation.The special on Mon - Wed is $30 for a regular mani/pedi. We got a French mani, so the lady says it is an additional $5 dollars. When I got to the register, she said &100! She mumbled something about "we didnt charge for the art work on your daughter (they painted a flower on each big toe. I didn't have cash for the tip & she wouldn't add it into the total, so she says, "Do you have a check?" During the the whole pedi they spoke in their native tongue to each other. Very rude! Then they asked how old my daughter was. Why is it that the people at these nail places are so rude? No matter which one I go to, they talk about the customers in their on language. Guess I have to live with ugly nails!
