I contacted this attorney to inquire if he dealt with civil litigation matters regarding debt collection companies and harassment. I spoke directly to Mr. Douglass and he was quite rude over the phone. He refused to acknowledge or answer my question, and outright stated that he didn't have time to waste on me without hearing any further details and hung up on me. Such discourtesy won't get you terribly far with people, and I highly recommend seeking another attorney who is willing to work with you on a more professional manner.
