First class all the way. The staff is very knowledgeable, kind and respectful. They have staff available 24/7 which is a great comfort because things always tend to arise at night. Very Impressed that a great deal of the staff have been with the company for greater than 10 years ! That says a great deal about the company.

One of their nurses took my mom's medication and blamed us for it, then my mom didn't have enough. Beware. Scary situation to be accused of something while you're just trying to just get through the process of dying.

Overall
Family, Kindness, Emotions

I would give this wonderful place six or ten stars, if I could. I am sure others have experienced the same type of service we did. My brother in law, died last April 15. I don't remember how long before they moved him from intensive care to hospice -- maybe 4 or 5 day -- maybe more or less. It was emotional. A man who was a genius in many ways, always active, passionate about a lot of activities and much too young to die. It was heartbreaking -- we just knew that we would not be able to get through this.

This was especially hard on us because my mother had died just two months previous. But the people who work there were so good and kind. There are not words to adequately use to describe the care they gave him and the family. They came in frequently and check him; told us his progress and what was going on with his body at the time, they offered us the use of everything and anything. Empathy. Understanding another's situation. What a wonderful group of people and what a great place. I live in New England and would have expected to find something like this in New York or Boston or at some major hospital in the country. Exceptional and as far as I have seen, without equal.

Thank you for everything you did for my sister and niece (his wife and daughter) and for the rest of us too. We are forever indebted.
