Apparently like other Postal employees they are trained to talk in circles and never admit to any responsibility when mail disappears or never reaches destination, despite being sent Priority and Certified with a scanning number.....contradictory explanations of PO policies, frustrating, you cannot win with these people. I'm out $10.00 for useless postage charges and the uncomfortable position of having personal/financial documents floating around out there somewhere.....all of it my problem, according to them, because "we don't guarantee" Priority delivery, even through I paid for it. Nor are they responsible to scan tracking numbers along the route to pinpoint where the mail went. Nice way to operate a business, folks. From now on it's Fedex or UPS for anything important.
