Waste Management

This company, I just want to say is in itself garbage atleast the one in wichita. 3 times Ive called into file complaints for the trashmen dumping trash out into the street and nothing was done about it as it continued. When calling in the customer service was just as bad one even arguing that I could not cancel my services. The third time I was put on hold for 10 mins just to have the same person tell me they could not find their supervisor. Pick up times are never the same an when asked they told me the trash routes were random. Save your time and humiliation from going around your neighborhood picking up trash these people dump out onto the streets.

They're horrible, they change their pick up days sometimes when there are holidays and sometimes they don't. If you can't guess what day they might pick up your trash congratulations you get to pay $60 for a one time pick up fee. That's right $60.

Don't use this service. I was told if I paid my bill right then there would be no resume service t fee. I paid the bill right then, then the bill came and i t was still on the bill. they refuse to honor their word. Then they said there was a 25 termination of service fee. I went to haggard which is slightly less they even gave me a new customer deal. which you should call them to discuss. Because it varies depending on the current special if one is available that month.

In my opinion Waste Management is a waste of time. We had Lies which was a great company and then Waste Management took them over. The first week they did not even bother to pick up our recyclable trash. I contacted them that very day, one week ago and still have not heard from them. I sent them a second e-mail a few days ago and am still waiting for their reply as our more than full canister still sits in the garage. We had them a few years ago and canceled the service so we could start with Lies. I had just sent them an $85 check for the three month service (Waste Management that is). We expected to get at least $80 back. Instead, three months later they sent us a check for $30. As far as I am concerned, this company can't be trusted. Just try to get ahold of them if you have a problem and good luck.
