Paige Schafer helped me come in and out with a truck with in one day! She was amazing and made sure everything got done at my convenience I would highly recommend her to anyone going there for a vehicle.

I just bought a 2016 Kia Sorento from Lia Toyota of Wilbraham and couldn’t be more happy with my experience. I’ve dealt with several different sales consultants over the last 2 months and Paige from Lia Toyota was easily the best. She earned my trust right away and she made the entire process so easy and painless for me. My vehicle was registered, insured, inspected, and ready to be driven home in 1 afternoon. She kept me posted with updates through the whole process. The finance department was also very easy and pleasant to work with. Paige and Lia Toyota made me realize that buying a vehicle can actually be a smooth and enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend them to anybody.

The service at Lia Toyota was excellent, but I expect that from a Toyota dealership. The service provided by Cynthia Patrick was outstanding. She was extremely knowledgeable and very courteous and kind. She helped diagnose my problem and saw to getting it fixed immediately. I will ask for her the next time.

I have had my 2008 Toyota serviced at Lia Toyota of Wilbraham since I purchased it new. Christine Jalbert has taken care of my needs for my past 3 service visits and she is fantastic! She is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. She goes over my service needs in detail and answers all of my questions. I trust her implicitly and am always so happy when she greets me when I arrive for service.

I have been in several times and have found Cindy Patrick to be one of the finest Service Agent I have ever dealt with at any dealership. She is courteous, knowledgeable, personable, and extremely helpful. It was great to work with her and all of her recommendations were extremely helpful. I will return soon for another service that my vehicle will need and will work only with Cindy Patrick.

I recently had service done on my car and I explained to Jeannie Kalogeras that I needed to be home quickly due to a family health issue, she went above and beyond to see that my service was done promptly. I was on my way home in less than an hour! Thanks for making me feel like a valued customer!

Excellent, attentive service by Donna Starke, from drop off to pick up. Courteous, helpful, and personable - not too pushy. Made my visit easy and a pleasure to do business.

I just purchased a used 2005 Toyota Highlander from them and never in my 60 years have I encountered such a negative sales person offering no help.Still trying to get an Owners manual which Im sure I will never get.Would not recomend this dealership to any-one unless drastic measures would have to be taken to ensure a better understanding of there products that they are selling since the sales person did not even know that the vehicle was a seven passenger not a five passenger vehicle.More training should be given to training there help.
