Gables Oak Creek

We highly recommend oak creek apartments! Their maintenance is excellent the staff is always striving to make sure the tenants needs are met as best they can. It's not an easy job trying to please people. Tenants can sometimes not be courteous especially when it comes to keeping the dumpsters free of debris, such as mattresses and other bulk items that do not belong inside, thus making it hard to just dispose of normal trash! It is the tenants responsibility to follow rules and dispose of their own bulk items on their dime! This creates more work for the maintenance people and even the ladies in the office have spent time helping to clean the dumpsters! The staff at Gables work hard to keep the place we call our home clean.Yes, we all have busy lives but we need to be responsible for our own actions, it gives us a sense of pride.
