European Auto Service

I'm glad that I found out about European Auto Service when I just moved into this area. I took my Saab to several shops in the area and none of them wanted to work on it. I heard about European Auto Service and James the owner from a co-worker and decided to gave it a try.

James was very friendly and extremely professional when I came to the shop. He diagnosed the problem and told me that he could fix it. I left the car with him not knowing what to expect because I had not find a shop in the area that would work on my car. 3 hours later I got a call from James that my car was ready. I didn't expect the repair to be so quick and I told myself maybe it was too good to be true. When I came back to the shop to pick up the car, it was indeed fixed. James took the time and explained to me the problem with the car and what was done to have it repaired. The car drove great since the repair and the problem never came back again!

I was very satisfied with my experience at European Auto Service, James fixed my car very quickly and also he charged me a very fair price. I would recommend European Auto Service to anyone.

You will not ever find a better auto service center than this one. James evaluates the issues, gives you his recommendation, if the parts to repair are available you are usually looking at no more than two days from start to finish. From our BMW's to my Jeeps, there is no where else I would ever consider going for a repair. Smart, honest, and fast...I've never been disappointed in the 5 years I have been going there for my cars.

I took my ram in and they did an amazing job with it. It was done right and fast. I appreciate all the help. I would recommend them to anyone.

Had my Volvo AC repaired and very happy. Work was done on time and within estimate. James communicated each step from diagnosis to complete. Very convenient location for those of us living north of Conroe.

European Auto Service Is a great place to take your car for service, MUCH cheaper than the dealership. James has a lot of experience with almost every European vehicle ever made! He is very fair with his prices and does awesome work. I have seen some of the custom projects he had going when I would stop by to have my truck looked at, I dont think there isnt anything this guy cant do! I recommend this shop to anyone needing any work done on their vehicle.

Well Mr. Anderson I'm sorry you feel this way. You must be upset over the $375 storage fee after you left your vehicle at our shop for one hundred days. I am so sorry for the amount of time I spent on your daughters car and I'm sorry for the headlight control modules I gave her. I had no idea that giving you free parts and donating my time at no cost would offend you. I was only helping you and your family from day one. I thank you for your business and hope to see you again. By the way I did diagnose your car and I never replaced a single part. I only suggested the repairs. Not good! They did not diagnose the problem with my vehicle they went strait to changing parts. It is quicker and easier for them, but much more expensive for me and their other customers, and to top it off he has a very bad attitude. Better stay away from this shop. Anyone have any ideas on a another shop in the area?
