Cruisers Car Wash & Detail Center

Went to Cruisers in front of Best Buy, on College Road in Wilmington. Relative to the car wash its ok. The people who vaccuum and wipe down the inside of the car to not do a good job at all, but it gets worse from there if you want the carpets and seats shampooed. In Rochester, NY or Buffalo, NY, getting the car vacuumed, windex and wipe the interior, wash the outside, and then really go for it and get seats and carpets shampooed is about $65, and I always tip about $20 on top of this. They do a good job there. So I asked the Cruisers manager for this same option (with shampoo etc) and then I asked for a price. She said she didn't know. I said how is that possible? Car wash is $x, other options are $x, its simple. How can you not know an exact number? No answer. So the "detail" guy was called to come over from what appeared to be another gig he was on. This guy had the pants down around his thighs, no company shirt like all the others. He looks at my vehicle and tells me its $150!!! I asked why. Lots of vacuuming he said. This is a joke. Needless to say I did not allow him near my vehicle. Turns out, they don't have anyone who works for them to do this. They bring in this Rastafarian looking clown with pants around his thighs to charge whatever he wants to. Do yourself a favor, don't go to this place! Their website says, "Voted best car wash and detail site for 23 years". How is that possible when the reviews here show them as being 2-STAR garbage? There is no way anyone but the owners voted for them. The place is poorly managed and the owner(s) do not listen to the advice of their "managers". TERRIBLE!
