He's very knowledgeable about eyeglass wear. I was prescribed bifocals and am very new to how all of that works. He explained everything to me and made me feel good about my purchase.

I had found glasses online that I really liked, but they did not have the lens in them. Payless was willing to put lens into the frames that i provided for a very good price! A lot of places will not put lens into frames you bring them, so I am very thankful for Payless. The guy working was SUPER friendly, and helped me get in and out quickly.

I first came to this store because the prices were better than elsewhere and the service is unbeatable.



If an eyeglass screw is loose or a nose pad needs replacing, I bring it in and it's fixed right away.
