        Refused my trained and certified service dog. Report sent. Disgusting. Dirty. Toilet was full and closed. Had to walk to store to use the bathroom. Shower ... gross. No thanks. No remote for the tv. No phone. Wifi didn't work most of the time. Don't deserve the one star.

        I just would like to comment on the clean conditions I found at the Winsted Motel. Very comfortable and the desk clerk was fabulous! Is she single????
