Recently visiting a local junkyard, New to the area, I walked in the staff was very busy, but one lady pointed in the right direction. I walked the yard, it was very exciting, most of the cars had a specific section which made things so much easier. All the staff stayed busy, tuning back an fourth pulling parts, never saw anyone standing around, place is booming and lots of choices on car parts. I'm glad I found this place. Thanks 109 U-PULL-IT

I called to find out if they had some parts I needed, and they gave me courteous, prompt help. In fact, they didn't have what I needed, but they looked up who did, and sent me to them - another salvage yard in the area. GREAT SERVICE! Great folks!

wow after reading all the reviews im so scared to go get my part for my trans am from them there is not 1 good review on here but I don't know any other place that would have my part So what do I do I really hate this I wish I knew somewhere else because I will flip on them for acting this way toward me

They dont deserve any stars .....i call and they tell me they will have part ready in an hour .after i pay they inform me they will call me when ready.They said there were several people ahead of me and maybe it will be three hours.when i tried to cancell order he said oh there already pulling it so NO REFUNDS ...he became very rude..please dont go there allstar parts is right down the street and cheaper

I've had a few good experiences and I really like going to pull my own auto parts. The employees can be quite disrespectful though, and they tried to take advantage of me on an emissions part. I still had six months until my cars inspection was due, so I wasn't stressed about the air pump I needed. They seemed to presume I needed it immediately to pass inspection so they wanted $125.00 for it and would NOT negotiate. I left and bought a re-manufactured unit with new bearings and a 2 year warranty for $139.00. If you can have thick skin with some of the employees and don't need an emissions part, I would say give them a try; but be willing to walk out without the part.

So I called one thursday afternoon to asked about a transmission the first guy answered and said with a customer be right with u (click) didn't even get chance to respond but that really didn't bother me like the 22 min wait listening to there music and commercial so when I realized had been waitin that long hung up and called back got same guy who did same thing again but only was on hold for bout 15 min finally someone else answer tell him what I need he said I think we do got maybe one give me sec bout sent tech back and see if we do had wait another 20min came back yea we have one I asked price he told me 300 and it's already pulled and ready ok told them was on way they told me about to close ok so told him I will be there first thing in morn so I was I get there I told him what I was there to get and that I talked to someone about it already anyway he look it up tell me they got one but it's goin to be $400.00 so now I'm gettin pretty upset and when I tell him the guy quoted me $300.00 for transmission he was basically tryin to tell me I'm Lyin askin me the name of person who I talked to became heated argument ended up doin for $350.00 didn't want to at all felt like I had been taken advantage of but I needed it so he sends somebody to get it and to my surprise after all that the guy comes back empty handed they didn't have one the whole time so yea u can't imagine how raged I was I think that was the first time they seen a black man turn red

I called down to 109 U-PULL-IT Auto Parts inc. I spoke with a gentleman about doors for jeep comanche. He said they would be 100.00 and that he had them. I said ok that I had to drive down from Boone, he than said wait let me have a Tech check to make sure we have them and I will call you back. He did call back and said they had them. The next day I called down to confirm what time they closed. I was told 530pm. We drove the hour and half down there to get the doors. They only had one comanche the doors were not in that good of shape. But my husband and son found doors from a cherokee that would work. When they went to the office to confirm the price they were told it would be 125.00 a door. After my husband told him my wife was quoted 100.00 he agreed to that but than said we close in 5 minutes so you will have to come back. And it was only 5pm. I am extrememly unhappy with my experience with this company and will not return there, or tell anyone I know to go there!
