        It's very rare to find people who have integrity. I will recommend this auto glass repair because they knew what the problem was. They didn't charge me for the advise. I will return when I need the repair.

        Overall

        I previously had such a bad experience with another glass company (that in the end didn't even show after I talked with them TWICE that morning), that I delayed getting my windshield replaced for another month because I didn't want to deal with the hassle. Ricky the technician fixed my windshield today, and did so inside of a parking deck! He was extremely courteous and professional, and I am extremely thankful! Highly recommend!

        I've worked with Doug Pfaff on a professional level for several years and he's as good as they get. Solid folks, solid business...100 years in business so you know they're trustworthy and honest.

        The guys at Pfaff's are very professional, honest, and they do great work!!! Forget about those guys with catchy jingles and commercials, if you want your windows fixed, go to Pfaff's Auto Glass.
