A third generation family owned business situated in beautiful historic downtown Winston-Salem. Operating for over 35 years. Twin City Counseling Center offers DWI/Non-DWI & DWLR Substance Abuse Assessments and Treatment. Our treatment options consist of a variety of different classes. The Groups are a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy and reality therapy.

Services/Products

Prime for Life (ADETS) - 16 hours, offered once monthly, consists of 5 classes over a week period. Short Term - Clients come to 1 class per week. The class is offered 3 times each week to accommodate individuals' schedules. This is a 6 week program. Long Term - Clients come to 1 class per week. The class is offered 2 times each week to accommodate individuals' schedules. This is a 16 week program.
