The worst. Condo fees go up each year and property values go down each year. Ridiculous landscaping service shows up twice a week from January to April when there is nothing to do. 7 Men with leaf blowers blow dust around from one side of the road to another. THERE ARE NO LEAVES TO PICK UP. Combined condo fees total over $ 600,000 a year! The money is going into APT pockets! Wake up board of directors! Cable service now discontinued yet no decrease in condo fees. We have to pay for this service ourselves now. We are all going into foreclosure as our homes are 1/2 their original value.

They are are terrible! They are unresponsive, irresponsible, do not return calls, visit the property or respect owners and do not communicate openly. Essentially they collect the condo fee and outsource to contractors. Very bad company.



1) They had turnover in their Property Manager and did not inform the board of trustees of the change. They did not answer the phone or return call during 3 weeks while they hired a new replacement.



2) They do not meet with the board regularly and do not do onsite visits regularly. They have ( their own unqualified) vendors / contractors do the visits. Very expensive and on top of the property management fees.



3) They 'provide' their own accounting team and charge a lot of administrative fees on top of their property management fees.
