Such a wonderful place! Everyone so nice and helpful. JEREMY was amazing!! Had a ring that was very old and meant a lot to me. Jewelry exchange said they couldn’t do nothing with it and was CRAP that they wouldn’t touch it. Here they are fixing it and take pride in their work! I would recommend this place to EVERYONE! Georgetown Jewelers is ABSOLUTELY the very best store in the country. I have to travel the states for my career and frequently need family gifts....Their merchandise is elegant, wrapped to perfection, high quality, and just what I needed. Tracy (#9) and the rest of the sales team are the very best..Their customer service is AMAZING...They even sent a card for one of my parents when severely taken ill.....This is the only jewelry store to go to....They are fair priced, helpful, and total professionals! There is no better quality jewelry store in the Midwest.....

When I was recently given family jewelry that needed to be cleaned, repaired and repurposed, I went to Georgetown Jewelers.

I knew immediately I went to the right Jeweler as the staff was as excited about remaking my Gram’s brooch into a pendant as I was. I was asked about the brooch’s history and my plans for it’s future. I was given a cost estimate and timeline before the work was started.
