        Overall

        Our company has rented an apartment here for 10 months. Out of those 10 months, we have not even STAYED in the apartment. They have NUMEROUS regulations and make it unattainable to get through the piles of paperwork and requests. We have decided it would just be easier to start over at another place instead of continuing to try and comply with everything they send. However they have had NO problem collecting rent every month for a unit that was untouched. We are a reputable business with 20 years behind our belt, and do our best abide by the rules. Woodbridge station is not flexible, nor understanding. THEY ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO DEAL WITH. Not worth the hassle
