Jbj Limousine

Me and 3 of my friends reserved a Dodge Charger Limo from JBJ for one of our 21st birthdays. The limo itself was decent, but the attitude of the driver from beginning to end was awful. Instead of calling us when he arrived, he pulled up front and honked the horn numerous times at 9:30 pm in a residential neighborhood where there are a lot of families with young children sleeping. Finally, he called me and tried to convince us to walk down the street where he was parked instead of picking us up at the door. Once we got into the limo, we politely asked him to roll up the partition that separates the front seat from our section, and he said he didn't know how to do it. When leaving each of our three destinations, it took him a while to pick us up. Finally, at our last stop when we tried to contact him, his cell phone was turned off. We couldn't reach him for a good half hour. I tried to call the main business phone number (which is a cell phone) and they pretended as if I had the wrong number. His excuse was that his cell phone had no reception. Finally, as we were exiting the limo for the last time that night, he got verbally abusive. Grated, we were all drinking and tipsy but if you don't like dealing with that sort of thing you shouldn't be in the limo driving profession. Being that we paid him the $510.00 up front, there was nothing we could do about the unsatisfactory service. I do NOT recommend using this service. Pay more money for a service that is more reputable!
