Never going back again. I'm so disappointed in this place. the food is ok but the customer service is HORRIBLE and their attitude is HORRIBLE as well.

And you better leave a tip or the Asian lady with the glasses that appears to be the manager will remind you of it at the door but not nicely like "oh hey did you leave a tip" or "thank you for your tip" No!! she will try to humiliate you in front of everyone.

I'm not a tip believer, but I do leave tips if the service is good.

Today I went there with my family and as we were paying she very rudely and mad says "we charge a 15% tip fee but we didn't charge you and you didn't leave a tip so what?! we didn't have service for you?!" I was like: what? after you basically do your job and I pay my food you still think its required of me to leave a tip? even when the waitress always has a bad attitude, they are very rude, seems like they hate their job, and they don't even say "hi how are you?" and they never offer anything else or make conversation to feel the customer welcomed, they still want a tip? I don't think so!

Also the waitress never made us aware and there is no sign, saying they charge a 15% gratuity fee for groups, and if they charge it why didn't she add it to my check to ensure her tip, instead of getting mad over it?? Plus I DID leave them a tip not the 15%, again because I don't think they deserve it, but I left something.

I will never go back to this place, I have never been treated like this ever in all the restaurants that I have been to in my whole life.

If you want to have a bad experience, and moody faces in an unwelcoming environment and then be told rudely of how you should of tipped, even though tipping is a complimentary thing to do and not required, then you should go here otherwise avoid it.
